Translational Neuromodeling

We extend response models of the Hierarchical Gaussian Filter (HGF) to multivariate data types to model empirical data from a speed-incentivised associative reward learning task. This illustrates the application of a Bayesian Workflow in Computational Psychiatry.

In this paper, we present the Translational Algorithms for Psychiatry-Advancing Science (TAPAS) software package, an open-source collection of building blocks for computational assays in psychiatry.
