Bayesian Workflow for Generative Modeling in Computational Psychiatry
We extend response models of the Hierarchical Gaussian Filter (HGF) to multivariate data types to model empirical data from a speed-incentivised associative reward learning task. This illustrates the application of a Bayesian Workflow in Computational Psychiatry.
